Bác làm như sau là đc. Xong nhớ khởi động lại máy.

Run gpedit.msc, navigate and browse to
Computer Configuration / Windows Settings / Security Settings / Local Policies / Security Options
1/. Set policy User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators – Elevate without prompting
/. Set policy User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation – Disabled
3/. Set policy User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode – Disabled

Mình mò và sử dụng được rồi, chỉ còn chưa tìm được cách hiện và xem list nhạc đang phát (hình như bị lỗi chỗ này, bấm lên thết danh sách trống). Đẹp lắm, cám ơn bác Tú! mấy cái núm mà thò tay vặn được thì tuyệt nhỉ! haha
