I am wanting to share with you a method I use at home to make mp4 with Dolby Vision from UHD BD.
All the software program are free and you can do with very little knowledge just follow this guide.
First please download and install on your machine the software we need see links below.

mp4muxer_64bits.exe to install use the exact same method as ffmpeg to make it exicutable from the command line

MeGui if you prefer to use eac3to from gui https://www.videohelp.com/software/MeGUI

Subtitle Edit for make SRT subtitles https://www.videohelp.com/software/Subtitle-Edit
Okay so once you have all you need installed and check to be sure you can open the software correctly we need to begin make our new mp4.
I select a UHD BD and I make a new folder to demux the files we need into it, beware you will need anything from 200GB space and possibly little more depend on how big source file is and what you want to demux.
Once you navigate to ISO or BDMV Source location you go to address bar and RIGHT CLICK on location and select Copy address as text. We will Right click and put location into cmd line in this guide I choose eac3to cli

Now you have selected source press ENTER and eac3to scan the source for PLAYLIST it will display the result
You can see it give us the PLAYLIST 00800.mpls and also the STREAM 00002.m2ts file, So we want to know more information we re-run the command but this time we tell it to analyze 1) the playlist.
We see in the image our file we want the 2 x HEVC Video file, the TrueHD English Audio, and the English subtitle file. We now run the Demux command to Demux the files name them as you want
Now go to the folder to check the finish demux result
If you want you can open the log file eac3to provide give you information on the demux
Okay all is good now we must Mux the 2 x HEVC files into a new mp4, open command line on you machine and enter the following command make sure all location are correct and input command as I do here
Now WAIT BE PATIENT this can take some time and you can think nothing happen but be sure it is working just not show you anything during the muxing
Finally when it is done you will see this image
So go to folder to check for new mp4 created
Now if you like me and you want to know if you have forced subtitles you can open program BDSup2Sub and load the original English.sup file we demux earlier. See image below it highlighted we have NO forced subs
To show you how to add subtitle file to mp4 we need to make new subtitle which compatable with mp4 so we need to OCR the original .sup file into new .srt file format. I use program Subtitle Edit for this. Load file into program see image below.
Press button START OCR, You may need make some corrections as it is not perfect again be patient and do what required then SAVE file and check to see in folder.
Okay so we have all our file for final muxing you can do in already open command line or close and open new one but this time we need to call on program ffmpeg below I show you command we will enter into command line
ffmpeg -i "E:\matrix\new.mp4" -i "E:\matrix\English.thd" -i "E:\matrix\English.srt" -c copy -map 0:v:0 -map 0:v:1 -map 1:a:0 -strict -2 -metadata:s:a:0 language=eng -metadata:s:a:0 title="English TrueHD" -map 2:s:0 -c:s mov_text -metadata:s:s:0 language=eng -metadata:s:s:0 title="English" "E:\matrix\output.mp4"
Explanation of commands
-i = Input file remember to enclose in "file locatio\name of file" do this for all files input
-c copy is for Codec copy
-map is to map the files so we are map video and audio, remember ffmpeg starts counting from zero so our command show this as we have video 0, video 1 which is the DV hevc, Audio 1 and Subtitle is 2
-strict -2 is for the TrueHD Audio if you forget this ffmpeg will correct you and suggest you add this command as TrueHD is still experimental but it okay it work good
-metadata:s:a:0 we are tell program we select Stream/Audio/0 (we only have 1 audio so it is classed as Audio Stream 0) use same for Subtitles and change to -metadata:s:s:0 Stream/Subtitle/0
language=eng we tell it that the language for the file is English but we need to use correct code so it is only eng
title="" we tell it that the for example -metadata:s:a:0 title="English TrueHD" this will give the Stream/Audio/0 the title of English TrueHD
Okay run the command by pressing ENTER and watch it do the Muxing
End result
Go to the folder and you can check the new FINISHED output.mp4
And output.mp4 media info
